Project Manager – RC Frame & Groundwork Location: London Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 (Negotiable) Contract Type: LTD or PAYE About the Company Our client is a growing UK-based construction company specialising in reinforced concrete frames, groundworks, and piling. Our client has a turnover of £25 million per annum. Our client's expertise spans a wide range of commercial and residential projects, from large-scale developments to complex refurbishments across London, Bristol and the South East. Project values vary from £5m - £10m. About the Opportunity Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager with specialist knowledge of RC Frame construction to deliver a package of circa £5m. You’ll be responsible for leading the site team, managing programme delivery, ensuring technical compliance, and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
